Who runs this site
sofiabachelorparty.com is operated by MintMarketing LLC, 75 East 3rd Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. That is the same company behind sofia-stag-do.com. Anything to do with your data goes to stagdosofia@gmail.com.
What the site collects
- Your plan. The bachelor party you assemble in the builder (dates, how many are coming, the hotel, the activities, and the groom's name when you fill that in) is carried inside the proposal link itself. It sits in your browser and reaches nobody until you send it.
- What you send us. Pressing "Send to my planner" hands us the plan plus your name, your email address, your WhatsApp number, and whatever message you write.
- Visit statistics. Page views are counted by Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. What it logs is which page was opened, the referring site, the country and the type of device.
Why we hold it
To answer you, check whether your dates are free, and organize the weekend. The legal basis is steps taken at your request ahead of a contract (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)). The visit statistics rest on legitimate interest instead, because we need to see which pages work (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who else sees it
- Vercel Inc. hosts this site and provides the analytics.
- Resend carries the proposal into our planners' inbox.
- Once a booking is made, the hotels, drivers and venues that have to know who is arriving and when.
Some of those suppliers sit in the United States. Those transfers run on the standard contractual clauses each provider offers. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long it stays
For as long as planning and running your trip takes, and after that for the period tax and accounting law sets for bookings.
Cookies
Nothing here writes a cookie to your browser. The analytics work without them.

Email stagdosofia@gmail.com to see a copy of what we hold on you, to have it corrected, deleted or exported, or to object to the way it is used. If you want to take it further, the complaint goes to the data protection authority in the country you live in.
