All four of us are Sofia locals. We know which rooms fill up after midnight, which doors open for a group your size, and what a night out here actually costs.
Why we started
Three things kept happening to bachelor groups flying into Sofia:
- Clubs putting a VIP price on an ordinary table
- Operators offering every group the same five activities
- Groups losing the first night to working out where to go
So we built the opposite, point for point.
You pay the local price, you get a plan built for your group and nobody else, and your first night is booked before you land.
What we handle
Two things have to be true when the group flies home: the weekend is one they keep bringing up years later, and it was worth what it cost.
Any plan the group wants
A long club night, a day of paintball and karting, or something the groom will regret agreeing to. Name it and we start making calls.
One planner per group
The same person handles your booking from the first message to the last transfer, so you never have to explain the group to somebody new. Before you fly, they check the plan line by line against what you asked for.
Tables confirmed before you land
Your table and your entry are in the venue's book before you land. You walk past the line outside and sit down.

What you get when you book with us
Your booking stays in this team. The people who plan the weekend are the people working it on the ground.
We know Sofia's clubs, bars and activity operators personally, not through a booking system. That is what gets your group a table when the room is full, a straight answer about which nights are worth it, and a schedule that holds once the weekend starts.
That leaves your group with three things:

Every bar and club on your plan is one we use on our own weekends. That is the difference between where Sofia goes out and where a search result sends you.

Hotel rooms at local rates
Nothing goes on the plan just to fill a gap in the day. Places that live off one-time visitors never make the list, and the places that do make it charge your group the same as everyone else.
We handle the logistics
Transfers, table times and pickup points are handled here. The group only has to make the flight.
